Mark Schwarz

Mark began his career in the apparel business spending 20 years in all facets including manufacturing, distribution and retail sales. After selling that business, he spent a decade developing residential communities targeting the aging "baby boomer" population with his brother, Todd. His latest venture has focused on salvage merchandise and is concurrently running North Myrtle Beach Wholesale and the Asheboro wholesale operation, J&S Wholesale, founded by his father. Throughout his career he has owned, developed, and traded in investment real estate. He utilizes his broad background to provide direction for the operation of the company as both a shareholder and a member of the board of directors.

Bill Schwarz

Bill began his career in the sock business. Early on, he recognized the opportunity to work with local mills to acquire their odd lots and find a market to resale. This eventually led to an impressive customer list including many large discount chains and the manufacturing of his own product to support sales. He operated under the name of B&S Socks. In addition, Bill invested in real estate and has accumulated a well-balanced portfolio of residential and industrial properties which he currently self manages. He brings his vast operational experience to the team and consistently adds value to the operations of the company as both a shareholder and a member of the board of directors.

Vivian Schwarz

Vivian is the widow of the company’s founder and over their 20 plus years of marriage participated in the growth of the business as it grew to one of the largest holders of industrial property in the region and a major operator in the salvage merchandising business. She has operated various retail businesses and has accumulated a portfolio of her own real estate covering residential properties, retail sites targeting local businesses, and industrial buildings. As a shareholder and member of the board of directors she is able to bring both the vision and memory of Jeff into our decision making process.
