We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As a HVAC Service Technician for Schwarz Properties, you will be responsible for trouble shooting, repairing, maintaining and installing commercial and residential HVAC and related equipment.  The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years’ field experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, current CFC/EPA Certification and possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to  pass a comprehensive background check

Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with CFC certification to join our team. This person will be responsible for general maintenance of residential properties as well as trouble shooting, repairing, maintaining and installing commercial and residential HVAC and related equipment.  The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of residential property maintenance/repair, current CFC/EPA Certification, 5 to 10 years’ HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Maintenance Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator to join the Schwarz Properties team. This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our residents and property managers to create work orders, assignment of and follow up on property turns, answer inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and answer incoming calls and requests from vendors.  Knowledge of property maintenance a plus!

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years customer service or call center experience, Strong analytical, decision-making, organization and communication skills and computer proficiency.
